Bruce Williams, Partner, has been admitted to the Solicitor's Regulation Authority's accredited Clinical Negligence Panel following a rigorous assessment process which means he is now one of a very limited number of solicitors approved by the Authority and the Law Society to act for claimants who have suffered injury as a result of negligent healthcare.
His appointment also means that Nelsons remains one of the few solicitors firms contracted by the Legal Services Commission to assist claimants to pursue their cases with the benefit of Public Funding.
Bruce, who is also recognised for his personal injury work and as a leading individual in the independently researched Legal 500, acts for clinical negligence claimants in cases resulting in injuries of maximum severity particularly involving birth injury or other brain or neurological damage . He has concluded a number of cases where compensation has exceeded several million pounds.
