Defective Products

Injuries caused by defective products are wide ranging and the types of injury that can be caused will often depend on the product. We have acted for clients who have been injured by defective hair products, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. We managed the Persona group action case which attracted national publicity and involved a contraceptive device.
